Join us, Summit County Safe Passages, and Friends of the Dillon Ranger District for a screening of Cascade Crossroads – the story of the I-90 Snoqualmie Pass East Project, and the wildlife crossings and roadway improvements within it. It is a win-win for people and animals that offers a new model for major infrastructure projects bisecting wild places. The film aims to not only share this unique story but also inspire action in other landscapes facing similar tensions between wildlife and roadways.
Summit County Safe Passages will also have a presentation on local initiatives here in the County, including Vail Pass along I-70, and how you can get involved! This event is free to the public.
When: Thursday, April 4, 6:00-7:00 pm
Where: Colorado Mountain College, 107 Denison Placer Rd, Breckenridge, CO 80424
