Oil and gas lease sales have resumed. Here are our resources you can use to submit your protests to the upcoming sales.

Protest the Upcoming Colorado Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the press release, eplanning site, and sale notice, the Colorado Bureau plans to offer 9 parcels, totaling 5,275.82 acres across the state. Protests are due May 18 at 4:00 pm MT.

Protest the Upcoming Montana Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the website, documents, and GIS data, Montana is proposing to offer 8 parcels, totaling 2,833.67 acres in the Miles City Field Office (with additional parcels in North Dakota). Protests are due May 19.

Protest the Upcoming Nevada Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the press release, eplanning site, and sale notice, the Bureau of Land Management is analyzing 5 parcels, totaling 2,560 acres. Protests are due May 18, 4:00 pm PT.

Protest the Upcoming New Mexico Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the sale documents and GIS data, the Bureau of Land Management is analyzing 5 parcels, totaling 520.8 acres in Lea and Chaves Counties. An additional parcel is proposed in Oklahoma. Protests are due May 18, 4:00 pm MT.

Protest the Upcoming Utah Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the press release, website, and sale notice, the Utah Bureau is proposing to offer 1 parcels, totaling 160 acres. Protests on the parcel are due May 18 by 4:30 pm MT. Protests must be submitted by email.

Protest the Upcoming Wyoming Oil and Gas Lease Sale

According to the press release, webpage, eplanning site, and sale notice, the Wyoming Bureau plans to offer 129 parcels, totaling 131,771 acres across the state. Protests are due May 18 at 4:00 pm MT.
