It’s the Giving Season and if you’re anything like me, you’re struggling to decide which nonprofit organizations to donate to and how much to give. There are so many amazing organizations out there, and they’re all doing work important to you. You want to give to every cause you care about, but you’re worried that if you do that, the amounts you can give to each organization will be too small to make a difference.
Thanks to Patagonia Action Works, if you decide we’re the organization, you don’t have to worry about the amount!
That’s because no matter what amount you can spare, it will go twice as far this giving season, thanks to Patagonia. For instance, it costs us $75 to provide training and support for a new citizen scientist to monitor pika in the field. If you donate $37.50, with Patagonia Action Works’ match, you’ve trained a new citizen scientist. And that’s huge!
If $37.50 is too much, don’t worry about it! I personally am giving $10 to all the organizations I care deeply about this year knowing that Patagonia will double it.

If you’ve already given, thank you! Please share our campaign with someone you know who also loves wildlife and wild lands in the Southern Rocky Mountains.
For the pika and other critters in our region!
