It’s no secret that the First Gentleman, Marlon Reis is a fierce advocate for animals – both wild and domestic, endangered to farmed, which is why he will be joining us and kicking off our virtual showing of the Wild & Scenic Film Festival this Thursday!

Marlon will speak about some of the challenges we have in Colorado, the nation, and the world, which is leading to a global extinction crisis, as well as what we can do to stop this trend and protect our species and wild places!

On top of the eight amazing environmental films we’ll be screening, our Rocky Mountain Wild staff will also be on hand to talk about some of our programs and what we’re doing, and we’ll be sharing ways you can make a big difference.

If you want even more ways that you can make the world a greener place, be sure to sign up to join us for the free Citizens Action Hub Zoom call with representatives from local and national non-profits. The Zoom call will take place from 6:00-6:45 pm, before the film program.

For more information about the event, visit our Wild & Scenic Film Festival webpage or Facebook event page, and don’t forget to get your tickets to watch!
