What is The Traveling Circus?

It’s important to Rainbow Militia that art is accessible to everyone. Rainbow Militia and the Unbuilt Library are building a traveling circus wagon and plan on visiting 10 neighborhoods throughout Denver to present free shows featuring circus performances and live music. These neighborhoods have been chosen because over 20% of the residents live below the poverty line and a majority of residents have little or no easy access to the arts.
