The Senior Campaign Representative plans and implements the strategies and activities of the Beyond Dirty Fuels campaign to challenge the gas industry, specifically focused on fighting gas pipelines, as a means to building a movement to keep fossil fuels in the ground, combat climate change, and support the U.S. transition to clean energy. The Senior Campaign Representative has overall program responsibility, and provides experienced leadership and strategic planning to challenge the rapidly expanding gas pipeline infrastructure in the U.S,. Coordinates with Sierra Club capacities, including communications, digital strategy, federal policy, organizing and chapters to ensure strategic alignment of the campaign goals and effective execution of the campaign plan.
