Request Greater Protections for Western Colorado Landscapes

The Bureau of Land Management’s Supplemental plan for the Colorado River Valley and Grand Junction Field Offices scaled up conservation measures in certain areas but still does not take the necessary steps to address the climate crisis. Protests are due July 22.

On Friday,  SB24-171 passed the House on a bipartisan 51-13 vote after previously making it through the Senate on a bipartisan 29-5 vote in April.
